We're getting married!

It was January 20th 2021, a sunny day and while at work I received a message from a very good friend of mine (about twenty year friendship). I can confirm the date because the messages are still on my Whatsapp....lol. She messaged, asking if she could send her male friend my number. A friend who in her words was , 'Looking for love, jus like you'. Of course I told her 'Sure, no problem.' Which was quickly followed by the request for more details and a picture of course. Not that his looks were a criteria but I still needed to know what I was getting into if there was anything to get into...lol. At the time I wanted to know his surname too, to scope him out on social media but my friend didn't give me that info. She wanted him to tell me about himself although describing him as shy. I had to wait until he reached out to me. One day later, I believe he built up enough courage to message me and as they say....... the rest is history. When I asked Tristan if he wanted to have any input in this story, his response " I got exactly what I Prayed for!" He asked me to be his girlfriend on February 11th, 2021. He asked me to be his wife on July 11th, 2023. And we will be married on October 11th, 2024. To God be the Glory.
