When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 1st! Unfortunately if we do not receive your response we will have to mark you as not attending. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Black Tie. Men should wear dark suits or tuxedos. Women should wear a long, elegant, dress to the floor.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are choosing to not stay overnight with us at the Loews… There will be parking available for the ceremony & the reception. Our ceremony & reception will be within a block radius, therefore we have picked a parking lot to accommodate both events! Parking will be found located directly under the venue at: 93 South Juniper Street Philadelphia, PA 19107

Is there a color to avoid wearing?

Answer

Other than the colors white or ivory, there is no color that is off limits, we appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we please ask that you leave them at home! We want you to enjoy your night and let loose!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that you please arrive no later than 2:45!

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Unfortunately our ceremony at St. John the Evangelist is not wheelchair accessible, however out reception at the Crystal Tea Room is absolutely wheelchair accessible!

What should I do in between the ceremony & cocktail hour gap?

Answer

You have multiple options that you can choose! Check into your hotel if you're choosing to stay with us at the Loews Hotel! There are multiple bars in the area depending on what type you prefer!
