Collin and Sarah first met in Stephenville, Texas during their college years at Tarleton State University. As life after graduation tried to pull them apart, they managed to stay in touch and pursue a relationship with each other. For the first year of dating, the two lived over five hours away from each other as they chased their careers. Despite the distance, they grew closer together, forming a strong bond and foundation as a couple. The following year, the two managed to both move to the Fort Worth area to be close to each other and shortly after moved down south to Seguin, Texas for new opportunities where they still reside today. Collin and Sarah face life's endeavors together and seek to achieve milestones side by side, supporting one another along the way. Their story entails faith, friendship, patience, and most importantly, love and grace. They strive to have a Christ-centered marriage and to create a family with strong values and work ethic just as Collin and Sarah's families have raised them.
Collin and Sarah will be visiting St. Lawrence Gap, Barbados for their honeymoon where they plan to enjoy the beach and partake in snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and island activities.
Collin and Sarah spend their weekends visiting with family, going to church, relaxing, and entertaining their dogs Darla and Tucker. When they get out of the house, they like to go out to Gruene for date nights, dance to live country music, go see a movie in theaters, float the river in the summertime, and explore new places to see and restaurants to try.
Collin holds the position as Production Supervisor at Livestock Nutrition Center overseeing operations and providing support at the Gonzales, TX location. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. He appreciates an old fashioned from time to time, geeks out over Star Wars, and loves the company of his close family and friends.
Sarah is a Program Coordinator at the Institute for Infectious Animal Diseases under Texas A&M AgriLife Research where she facilitates program development and implementation for national and international projects covering animal health, livestock systems, epidemiology, and veterinary science. She also holds a Texas real estate license serving as a Realtor® and thoroughly enjoys helping others buy and sell property. In her free time, she likes to spend quality time with family and friends, travel to new places, be outdoors, play sports, and paint.
