August 2016, Alexandra was a freshman, and Nolan was a sophomore on the high school's cross-country team. Mutual friends brought them together and they built a strong friendship over the years. January 2018, Alexandra asked Nolan to be her date to the Sadie Hawkins dance, and two months later Nolan asked Alexandra to be his girlfriend. They dated for five months and then spent six months apart. God has a funny way of working things out, and eventually Nolan and Alexandra got back together on January 11th, 2019, and the rest was history. With each passing year their life together only grew better, and their love for one another became stronger. On August 31st, 2024, Nolan got down on one knee and proposed to Alexandra in Asheville, North Carolina. Now, they are beyond excited to celebrate their love with all the people who have helped shape them into who they are today!!
