Guest Arrivals
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
62 Holgate Street, Barrie, ON L4N 2T7, Canada
We ask that our guests start to arrive after 4pm, but no later than 4:30pm. The entrance to the backyard is on the right side of the house. There is free street parking if you plan to drive and leave your car overnight.
Pre-Wedding Cocktails
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
We will be serving drinks and appetizers as we get ready for the Ceremony. Plus we will have a Photographer to take photos of the party!
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
We plan to keep our ceremony short and sweet, so we can start to enjoy the evening!
Toasts to the Bride and Groom!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The Bride and Groom will pop some bubbly and toast with everyone! A few of our guests will be making short speeches and after we will open the floor to anyone who wishes to say a few words.
Dinner
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner will be a self served Texas style BBQ. It consists of your choice of smoked chicken legs, brisket, pulled pork (with taco kits), coleslaw, and pasta salad. It's considered a three meat dinner, so feel free take as much as you like! We will also have vegetarian options for those non-meat lovers. Dessert will be available following dinner, so make sure you leave room. We also ask that when you are serving yourself dinner, to sanitize your hands and wear your face masks.
Party Time

It's party time! We will play some music and clear out some space if people are feeling confident enough to dance. There's no plans after this point, we just want to celebrate with everyone. When the sun goes down we will get the fire going. Oh and there will be late night pizza......the evening cannot end until we have late night pizza
