Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the Clubhouse at Baywood at 32267 Clubhouse Way, Millsboro, DE 19966.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour and the reception will go from 6 o'clock until 10 o'clock that night.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Cocktail dresses and suits are welcome. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

October is a comfortable month in Delaware with temperatures averaging 58*-65*. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are both taking place at the Clubhouse at Baywood. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft are great options for those who don’t.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have arranged for several room blocks at local hotels. Please see our "Travel" page for further details and for booking links.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course CAKE.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would love to see your photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures to our shared wedding album at https://photos.app.goo.gl/P8JhKiQijYb61NK17 so we can see them, too!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to teenagers and older, and we hope you understand.
