October 30th, 2023 - It's been 22 days since their first date. Daniel and Carolyn play sick and leave work to go to the Frost Science Museum. They spend the day petting stingrays, talking to jelly fish, and analyzing the bee-havior of some bees. These two were made for each other.
Jungle Island
May 11th, 2024 - One of Carolyn and Daniel's favorite pastimes involves sitting on the dock of the bay, watching the tide roll away... whilst listening to the monkeys of Jungle Island hoot and holler. On this particular day, they finally decide to get tickets and go see the monkeys up close.
Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel
September 28th, 2024 - To celebrate their 1 year anniversary, Carolyn surprises Daniel with a trip around the Miami Observation Wheel. Daniel is more than happy to ignore his fear of heights to celebrate their love.
Puttshack - Miami
October 5th, 2024 - Carolyn defeats Daniel in mini golf. Daniel graciously takes the ensuing taunting with a smile on his face. He knows something that she doesn't know. Just 1 week prior, he had received her parents' blessings to propose to Carolyn.
Miami Beach Bandshell
February 14th, 2025 - Carolyn and Daniel go to see Locos Por Marley (a Bob Marley tribute band) perform love songs of reggae. On that night, 365 days away from their wedding, it became clear to Daniel that he finally loved something (someone) more than reggae.
