The cutoff date for booking is August 1st, 2025. This hotel is a five minute walk from the Americus Hotel, where the shuttle will be picking up and dropping off from the venue.

A shuttle will be leaving promptly from the Americus Hotel at 4:30PM to arrive at the venue by 5:15PM. Please plan to be on the bus by 4:15PM.

The shuttle will depart the venue to take guests back to the Americus Hotel at 11:15PM. From there, please feel free to change or head straight to Sports & Social Allentown to join the after party! Sports & Social is less than a five minute walk from both hotel block locations.

Lehigh Valley International Airport

Lehigh Valley International Airport is 15 minutes from both hotel blocks in Allentown, PA. There are Uber and rental car options available from the airport. The Philadelphia International Airport is another option, located about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Allentown.
