Make sure to book as soon as you can, as October is peak tourism season for Asheville. We have blocks at the hotels below for Friday and Saturday nights. We will be staying at the Crowne Plaza and our after party will take place there. The Hilton is further from the venue, but closer to downtown Asheville. However, the Crowne Plaza does have an on demand shuttle to downtown. You can't go wrong with either!

The shuttle will pick up at the Crowne Plaza. The Crowne Plaza also has free parking, so for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn or elsewhere, we recommend driving to the Crowne Plaza and picking up the shuttle there.
