The Shuttle Schedule

There is no parking available at the Attenborough Residence (known as Garcelon) for the Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Reception, so we have arranged for shuttle service. We have also arranged for a satellite parking lot with valet and shuttle services.  The shuttle stops include the Bethel Inn, the Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River, Westways and the satellite parking lot at 300 Eastman Hill Road, Lovell, Maine. If you are not staying at one of these 3 locations, please plan to go to the satellite parking lot, park with valet, and take the designated shuttle to the Wedding Ceremony. Bethel Inn: (Please meet outside of the Front Lobby to meet the bus style shuttles) Pickup: 3:50pm, departure promptly at 4:00pm The Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River: (Please meet outside of the Front Lobby to meet two SUV style shuttles) Pickup: 3:50pm, departure promptly at 4:00pm Westways: (Please meet at the Stables at Westways, 130 Westways Road, Lovell, ME) Pickup: 4:30pm, departure promptly at 4:40pm Satellite Parking Area Shuttles: For guests who prefer to drive, a satellite parking lot has been reserved at the Wedding Reception location at 300 Eastman Hill Road, Lovell, Maine. Please plan to park at the lot and take the shuttle to the Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. The parking area shuttles will bring guests to the Wedding Ceremony at 4:30pm and 4:45pm, so please plan to arrive by no later than 4:40pm to catch the shuttle. After the Ceremony & Cocktail Reception: Immediately following the ceremony will be an al fresco cocktail hour on the lawn. At sunset guests will be invited to take the shuttles for a short ride to the wedding reception at Eastman Hill Farm. After the Reception: Guests can depart to their accommodations at the conclusion of the Reception at 11:30pm, or continue on to the After Party from 11:30pm-1:00am. The shuttle will bring guests to the 2 hotels, Westways and Garcelon at 10:00pm, 11:30pm and 1:00am.
