Black tie formal attire. We kindly encourage guests to wear black attire for a cohesive and elevated look. Please note that the Toledo Club has a dress policy and jeans and athletic attire are not permitted.
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to get settled and enjoy the live violinist.
Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that all phones and devices remain put away and on silent during this time. If you feel the need to use your phone, please step out of the ceremony space. We have professional photographers, including a second shooter, who will capture everything for you to enjoy. Thank you for helping us keep the moment distraction free.
Yes, free parking is available on site for guests at the Toledo Club.
Yes, as our wedding will take place in the winter, a coat check will be available upon arrival at the Toledo Club.
Yes, there are stairs at the Toledo Club. An elevator is also available to access the upstairs portion where our reception will take place, though it is small and accommodates only a few guests at a time.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate and will share all requests with the chefs at the Toledo Club, who will be providing our catering.
The Toledo Club does not permit vaping inside the historic building. Please note there is a $500 fine for the use of e cigarettes indoors.
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will be asked to wait outside in the hallway until an appropriate time to be seated.
