Jagger and Carolyn met through mutual friends at their home church in Orange, CA Spirit and Truth Worship Center. They began their relationship as friends and grew close very quickly til they decided to officially start dating in April of 2016. Over the last 6 years they have graduated college, moved in career fields, and most importantly grown in ministry. The two currently live in Orange County, CA where they plan to reside after the wedding.

The proposal took place in the dreamy, exciting city of New York. Carolyn loves all things NY and Jagger knew that. Since Carolyn would frequently make trips to the city he decided to plan a trip with close friends and pop the question. There was talk of the bow bridge being the exact spot and Carolyn had actually never been to that site before. Her friends decided to pay some cyclists to take her through the park to her surprise only to end up at the bow bridge where he met her with a beautiful bouquet of peonies and a photographer. He got down on one knee and popped the question and the rest was history!
