Welcome Party

Smart Casual

Welcome drinks and food will be served at The Stables to kick off the wedding weekend. Please feel free to come by and say hello! Shuttles to The Stables will be provided to/from the Hilton Garden and SpringHill Suites. Rides available to The Stables at 7:00pm and 7:45pm. Return trips from The Stables to the hotels at 8:45pm and 9:45pm. Please speak to the front desks for additional information. Children are invited to join the Welcome Party!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Formal Attire

Suits with ties and mid-length to long dresses are encouraged. The majority of the evening will be spent on grass, please pick your footwear accordingly! And as much as we love children, this will be a child-free wedding. Thank you for your understanding! Buses to the wedding will leave the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00pm and the SpringHill Suites at 4:10pm. Return rides will be available at 9:15pm and 10:30pm (end of reception).
