There are plenty of affordable Air BnBs, some within walking distance to Anodyne Coffee Roasting (Bruce Street location). Stay anywhere in the Walkers Point neighborhood between I-94 and 1st Street and you are good to go. Also, great air bnbs on the South side of Milwaukee in Bay View which is only a 5 minute drive/Uber to the venue or North of the Venue in downtown Milwaukee or the lower east side which are also 5 minute Uber rides. If you want to know if the place you are looking at is a good spot, just shoot a text or give Carolyn a call (see FAQs for #).
