We're Getting Married!

Alex and Carolyn were introduced to each other by Alex's sister, Carly. She had invited both Alex and Carolyn to her birthday celebration in Downtown Chicago. Both had no intentions of meeting each other that night and did you know Carolyn made the first move?

Alex and Carolyn had their first date at the Wrigleyville Christkindle Market, one of Chicago's classic holiday traditions.

Alex and Carolyn got engaged at the Huntington Gardens in Pasadena, California. When Carolyn was growing up, this was one of her favorite places to go with her family on the weekends. The grounds encompass a large amount of land and are filled with Botanical Gardens that contain more than a dozen spectacular themed gardens. This was also the location where she always dreamt of getting married however, this location does not permit weddings. Alex knew this was the perfect place to propose since it meant so much to Carolyn. Alex got down on one knee in the Desert Garden that was filled with cacti and other desert plants.
