Our Story
About Us
Carolyn Victoria Wheeler is from Oak Ridge, TN, and Matthew ("Matt") Thomas McGrenera is from The Woodlands, TX. We are both attorneys practicing in Houston. We love animals, traveling, attending Broadway shows, cheering on the Aggies, and playing with our four-legged flower girl/ring bearer, Nellie.
Where We Met
We met in law school! We were in the same "section" of students our first year, meaning we had all our classes together. We began as friends in the same study group, then began dating our second semester.
Our Proposal Story
We visited a waterfront area in The Woodlands, TX, under the guise of celebrating our third anniversary. When we got there, roses were waiting and he popped the question!
