Wedding Party

Elizabeth Ouellette

Matron of Honor

Caroline's Party Elizabeth changed my life! I am so thankful for her and her horse, Cantaro. Elizabeth constantly pushes me to be the best version of myself and is there for me without fail. She's also been essential in training Cantaro for his role in the big day - in her picture, she's getting Cantaro used to frilly lace like that of a wedding dress. Elizabeth leads with empathy in everything she does, and I learn from her every day. She is overwhelmingly kind, patient, and thoughtful, never judging me and always seeking to understand. She's taught me the importance of giving myself grace, learning to slow down sometimes, and stopping to enjoy the moment. I can't imagine my life without Elizabeth, and I am grateful to have her as my Matron of Honor and dear friend!

Kelsey Chaplinsky

Bridesmaid

Caroline's Party Horse friends are friends for a lifetime. Kelsey and I met through horses in high school, and we've been friends ever since. From adventures in Cabo to crazy baking nights to playdates with our dogs, Kelsey and I always have a good time. (In the photo, that would be Bryce giving us bunny ears.) Kelsey is one of those rare people who always - and without complaint - lends a helping hand when you need one. She's a truly delightful person to be around and lights up any room she's in. I'm lucky to have her in my life!

Yannie Mei

Bridesmaid

Caroline's Party I met Yannie on my first day of college because she lived in the dorm next to mine. I mispronounced her first name (it's Yah-Nee, I kept saying "Yea-Nee") for an entire week, and she was so sweet she never corrected me! It was only when I heard an orientation leader pronounce it the right way that I realized I'd gotten it wrong. Thankfully, she didn't stop talking to me after that, and we spent the next four years in college going on many memorable adventures. Even though Yannie lives in New York, we've remained friends over the years, and we always hit it off like no time has passed whenever we get together! Yannie is the epitome of kind, caring, and fun. She is one of the most selfless and considerate people I know, and she's there to lift you up any time you need it. I am eternally grateful for her friendship and wish every day that we lived closer together!

Yohan Bouchard

Bridesman

Caroline's Party (but did get to attend the Bachelor Party instead of the Bachelorette) Yohan is the brother I never had. We're both only children, and something about our personalities meshed perfectly, so we've adopted one another as siblings. If I ever need someone to help me dig a HUGE chunk of Reese's out of my favorite ice cream, Yohan's there to lend a hand -- true story. We won't mention the part where I immediately dropped that delicious chunk onto the floor... Yohan amplifies kindness, humor, and empathy. He's the first to burst into laughter with me over something nobody else gets or finds funny. One of us will give the other a look, and we'll both start cracking up, knowing exactly what the other finds funny without saying a word. His kinship is something special, and I treasure it every day.

Taylor Wrobel

Best Man

Bryce's Party I met Taylor through his fiancee, Kelsey. To Caroline and Kelsey's delight, we hit it off. Also, to Caroline and Kelsey's dismay, we hit it off: Taylor and I amplify each other's nerdiest tendencies and terrible puns, to which Caroline and Kelsey collectively grown. Whether it's losing to him in Mario Kart or venting about work over drinks, Taylor is a great friend and I'm grateful to have him around. For me, my Best Man shouldn't just be great friend. To me, he should also be someone I can look up to, that I believe can lead me to grow and become a better man myself. Taylor has just a few more years under his belt than I do, but he's got decades' worth of experience and experiences into those few years. I admire the things he's accomplished and I am continuously learning from his successes and failures. I look forward to all the additional memories I'll make with Taylor and the things he teaches me.

Max Fernandez

Groomsman

Bryce's Party I met Max the first few minutes after we joined our fraternity because our last names were alphabetical neighbors. We quickly became friends and were then roommates Sophomore year. Max and I are both extremely intellectual and we built off each other's academic and intellectual energy with every conversation we had. I fondly look back at the many random weeknights we'd be silently studying at our desks in our room when one of us would blurt out a thought about some research paper we were reading, problem set we were working on, or philosophy we had. Suddenly we were side-tracked into a 2 hour conversation that would take 101 different tangents and was constantly intellectually stimulating. Even today, phone calls with Max are just as engrossing.

Sidd Kantamneni

Groomsman

Bryce's Party I met Sidd in our fraternity and immediately knew this guy was going to be fun to be around. Always full of energy, the funniest laugh, and ready for the next joke, Sidd is always a positive energy. Sidd is also one of the kindest people I know. When someone's feeling down, he's the first to notice and to offer whatever support is needed. My favorite thing about Sidd (and what I miss most, since he lives in Boston now) is that he's always ready to spend time with friends. Whether it's a party, dinner, an arcade, or a 3 hour movie, Sidd is there and is going to make the most of it. I couldn't be happier to have him in our wedding party and to celebrate with us.

Diego Gonzalez Castellanos

Groomsman

Bryce's Party Diego is both a man of culture and... never-ending corn jokes. We met in our fraternity, and we learned a lot from each other. We came from completely different worlds and studied completely different things (what even is Hotel Administration? Napkin folding?), but still found good times together and reasons to be awesome friends. I love that when Diego and I talk on the phone, we can talk about anything from the best restaurants in a city, to the deepest parts of our lives, to corny jokes about recent events. We understand each other's humor and tastes. My only regret in our friendship is not having him as teaching assistant for the Cornell wines course to get a bigger pour.

Gilles Bouchard

Officiant

Our dear friend, Gilles, husband of Elizabeth and father of Yohan, is officiating our wedding. We are so thankful and excited! Gilles has been and continues to be Caroline and Bryce's companion in many adventures, including horse trips, Half Dome (ask us about the Tesla), bike trips (also ask him about biking), book club, symphonies, savoring excellent wine, and more. Gilles' sense of humor, humility, and adventure are qualities we admire. He can find the positive in almost any situation and always finds a solution to life's challenges, making him a great partner in crazy adventures where, sometimes, things go awry. We are grateful to have him in our lives!

Lilly

Ring Bearer

The cutest ring bearer of all time... our sweet dog, Lilly!
