We met in our first year of law school at the University of Florida. At the end of our first week of classes, we ran into each other in the student commons. Realizing our many shared interests, we talked for three hours. As time went on, we discovered a common love for Disney and began making frequent weekend trips together, along with our friend, Tiffany.

Our first date was an impromptu double date with our friends, Leslie and Reece, along with our friend, Mekaelia. After our contracts class, the five of us went for tex-mex and frozen yogurt. Shortly thereafter, we had our first night out together, where we attended a law student event at the Mainstreet Billiards Bar in downtown Gainesville.

Caroline first met Anthony’s parents before we even started dating! While in Orlando, Caroline, Tiffany, and Anthony got breakfast with his parents at Another Broken Egg. Anthony first met Caroline’s parents at the Dahlia Lounge at the Coronado Springs Hotel in Disney World, along with Don and Jennifer’s good friends, Doug and Julia.

The first trip we took together was to Ohio for Nico’s high school graduation. Not only was it the first time Caroline met Anthony’s brothers and grandparents, but it was her first time in Ohio! Since then, we have traveled around the world to California, Italy, Mexico, Hawaii, Tokyo, and many more places to come!

Movies! We watch movies every opportunity we get. One of our absolute favorite date nights is going to the movie theatre. In fact, we both have unlimited movie pass subscriptions. Every week, we watch at least one movie (but many weeks we watch three or more!).

One of our favorite movies is La La Land, so on our second trip to California, we visited Griffith Observatory. After exploring the exhibits and watching a show in the planetarium, Anthony took Caroline to one of the nearby trails and proposed at sunset.
