What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. The deadline is April 5, 2025. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM at The Church of the Annunciation, with cocktail hour and the reception starting at 5:00 PM at The Celebration Garden. Looking forward to celebrating with you!

Will there be a shuttle service to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Please note that there will not be a shuttle service provided for the wedding weekend. We encourage guests to use Uber or other ride-sharing services to ensure convenient transportation to and from the venues.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We did not reserve a room block, but the wedding party and immediate family will be staying at Hotel ZaZa, which is just a quick 10-minute drive to the ceremony and reception venue.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) – Ideal for international and long-distance flights, about 25 minutes from downtown. William P. Hobby (HOU) – Smaller and closer to downtown, about 15-20 minutes away, great for domestic flights. IAH is the most common choice, but HOU is a good option for nearby travelers.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We recommend light, breathable fabrics to stay cool. Women can wear flowy dresses in cotton, chiffon, or silk, with bright or pastel colors. Men should opt for lightweight suits or dress shirts with slacks.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place indoors at The Church of Annunciation. Our reception will take place outdoors in the Celebration Garden at McGovern Centennial Gardens.
