We’re getting married!

When Caroline arrived at the Branford Town Green on that warm June evening, she had no idea that she was going on a first date with her future husband. After weeks of stolen glances and flirty banter at work, Tarek and Caroline were invited by their friend Elizabeth to Branford Fest, a live music festival. Elizabeth had been trying to get them together for months, but Caroline was playing hard to get. Tarek didn’t let that deter him, as he recalls remarking to his roommate Dan that, "I have no idea if she likes me, but I have to shoot my shot.” Dan accompanied Tarek just in case things didn't go well. Luckily, Tarek and Caroline hit it off, and that same night, while dancing under the stars to “Brown Eyed Girl”, Caroline realized she was already falling for Tarek.
