We kindly request formal wedding attire for our special day. For gentlemen, this means a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie or bow tie. For ladies, floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses are perfect.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are participating in the wedding party. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration with us.
Buses will take guests from the SpringHill Suites hotel to the venue. They will leave the hotel at 4:00pm to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm.
Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed under your name in the RSVP section. Thank you so much for your understanding!
We plan to head downtown after the reception to keep the party going! Buses will return to the hotel and then we will head out!
The closest airport is Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which is just a short drive from the venue. If flights into SRQ are limited, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is a great alternative with more flight options and is about 45 minutes away.
