Cute sidewalk coffee and pastry shop.
Adorable coffee and European-style waffle shop right across from St. John the Baptist Cathedral.
Cute coffee shop that also serves Tex-Mex and has an amazing outdoor patio area. It's attached to the most adorable bookstore too!
Collins Quarter is a great brunch spot in the center of Forsyth Park!
A great outdoor space with laid back vibes. You have to get the conquistador--the best chicken sandwich you'll ever eat!
Outdoor area with plenty of food trucks and great pizza. Fun for the adults and the kids too! Two Tides Brewing Co., a local Savannah brewery, is right next door if you need even more of a beer selection!
The rooftop of the Perry Lane Hotel. Great views of the city and yummy drinks and bites!
Elegant cocktail bar with the most inventive drinks! Try the Bit of a Pickle and thank me later!
Another great rooftop bar, but this one overlooks the Savannah River!
One of the best meals you'll get in Savannah at a great price! Sit outside at the picnic tables and enjoy the beautiful weather. Our favorites are the grilled oysters, "wedges" salad, dirty rice and chicken dinner. Wash it all down with a Pantalones en Fuego (Raymond's favorite) or El Diablo (Caroline's favorite).
In the new Hotel Bardo, this swanky spot is a gem and the best Italian in the city. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
An ingredient and seasonally inspired restaurant concept. The menu changes often, but everything is absolutely fantastic!
The best she crab soup and tuna tartar tower (on the menu it's listed as tuna ceviche) ever! You can't go wrong with any of the fish dishes either, especially the ones that have their curry sauce on them. They don't take reservations, but hop over to World of Beer or Alley Cat Lounge for a drink while you wait!
A speakeasy with a newspaper full of cocktail options!
A fun cocktail lounge below Flock to the Wok!
30 acre park in the middle of the historic district. The famous Forsyth fountain (as seen on our Save the Date toile) resembles fountains in Paris and this park is a perfect place to walk or jog while admiring the beautiful scenery. It is walking distance from all the downtown hotels.
Historic home and the birthplace of the founder of The Girl Scouts of America.
One of the most beautiful places in Savannah. Hundreds of old oak trees covered in Spanish moss. You can walk it or take a drive down the expansive tree canopy. When exiting Wormsloe, be sure to take a right onto Skidaway Road and drive down Bluff Drive on Isle of Hope. These are some of the most gorgeous homes in Savannah and a great view of the intercostal waterway.
Savannah's own beach just a few miles east of downtown (and where we got engaged!). Climb to the top of the lighthouse, walk on the pier, enjoy some local seafood at AJ's or park at our house (text us for the address) and take a walk on the beach!
