Shepherd's Run is an elegant, Italian chateau inspired venue. We request that guests wear upscale and formal attire. Suits, full-length dresses, and gowns are all appropriate.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! If you opt to drive there are parking spots available. You are welcome to leave your car overnight.
A 30‑passenger shuttle will make trips to transport guests between the Hampton Inn/Fairfield Inn and Shepherd’s Run, with service beginning around 5 PM. You are also welcome to uber or park your car to ensure prompt arrival time of 5:30. There will be transportation available at the end of the night starting at 10PM to both the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn. Any guests attending the After Party can use the bus to the Hampton Inn, as they are in the same parking lot. We will also have transportation from Audrey's to the Fairfield Inn and Shepherd's Run at the end of the After Party.
We will require all phones and cameras to stay off and out of sight during our ceremony. It’s important to us that everyone is fully present. Our photographer will capture everything, and we’ll share those photos with you afterward. Thank you for respecting this request.
We love your little ones, but we've planned an adult-only celebration. We want you to have the night off to relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment with us!
