Nicky and I met by being in the same group for an AP Government assignment. It's crazy, because I was originally in another group, but since we had to be mixed with guys and girls, I got moved to an all boys group. Nicky came over and asked if any of the girls around me would be in his group and I said I would! We went on to win the presentation competition. Once working with each other on this project, we realized that we actually went to the same Church, and Nicky was becoming Catholic on Easter weekend. After weeks of Nicky asking me on dates, I finally agreed to go see a movie with him. We ended up hitting it off right away, and Nicky asked me to prom on our first date! Needless to say, we've been inseparable since and now five years later, we're getting MARRIED! It's crazy how God works throughout our lives, and I'm forever grateful for how He worked in our lives back in 2015 and how He is working in them now!
