Saratoga Spa State Park, distinguished by its classical architecture and listed as a National Historic Landmark, is noted for its diverse cultural, aesthetic and recreational resources. In addition to the nationally-known Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the Spa Little Theater, the National Museum of Dance, the Saratoga Automobile Museum, the Gideon Putnam Resort and Roosevelt Baths and Spa, the park offers a multitude of traditional recreation opportunities.
On Sundays, there is a fabulous farmers market in the state park. It's one of our favorite family outings every weekend! Scout gets to see other dogs and we get to stock up on all our local favorites. Check out all the local vendors and try some local Saratoga chocolate or peanut butter and get some fresh food or some cool art!
This is one of our favorite places to go to listen to some live music and grab a drink! Every weekend they have live bands performing and a great atmosphere to enjoy the day. The Winery is right down the street from the wedding venue too!
Marcel and I love going downtown for a bite. There are SO many places to eat. For breakfast, our favorites are Sweet Mimi's, Farmer's Hardware, Bread Basket Bakery and Uncommon Grounds. For dinner, we love Hamlet & Ghost, Solevo Kitchen & Social, 15 Church, Boca Bistro, 30 Lake, Seneca, 550 Waterfront, Whitman Brewing Company, Cantina and Druthers.
