What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. Please wear a suit, nice cocktail dress or pantsuit. The ceremony will take place on a grass lawn, so choose footwear accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 4:00 p.m.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests will be listed by name on your invitation. Invitations will go out in early June!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids and wish we had room for them all! Since we’re lucky to have big families, we unfortunately can’t accommodate children at our wedding outside of immediate family members and special circumstances. All invited guests will be listed by name on the invitation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather works in our favor, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes - please see the Travel section for information on our hotel block at the Iris Hotel and other nearby options.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Guests staying at our hotel block at the Iris Hotel will be able to walk across the street to get there. For those who are driving, there is plenty of free parking at The Coonamessett. Uber or Lyft are highly recommended for those without a DD!

I have an allergy or dietary restriction - how will that be handled?

Answer

You’re in good company! You’ll be able to specify your dietary restrictions and allergies on the RSVP form when that becomes available in June. The Coonamessett takes food restrictions very seriously and will provide delicious options for all.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to turn off all devices during the ceremony since we will have an amazing photographer that will be capturing it all. Sit back and enjoy!
