Parking: There will be space enough for some guests to park at the venue, but we ask that those spaces be left for certain guests where necessary and for guests with children. Other guests will park in a lot two miles down the road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MXSGc4RtLdktQ2Xe6 **After getting off the interstate exit 137, turn right onto WV- 310 S/E Grafton Rd, turn right onto Stoney Rd. The lot is immediately on the right after turning onto Stoney Rd. Guests parking in the lot will be shuttled to the venue. If you're staying at the hotel nearby, park in the lot as explained above or consider a quick Uber or Lyft! Only for those parking at the venue: Once you turn off of Colfax Road, park to the left of the Y before the bridge.
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Festive Attire: Aim for bold, fun, or colorful attire!
Shoes: The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so please avoid pointy heels. Timing: Although we listed arrival time as 4:15 on your invitations, and we do hope to start by 4:45, please be patient if the start time is later as a result of the parking/shuttling situation.
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
While our photographer captures formal wedding photos of us, our wedding party, and our family, please move your chairs to the reception tent and also enjoy a glass of wine while you get to know our other guests. Drinks: We will provide a selection of drinks, including water, a variety of soda, lemonade, and a selection of beer and wine. Drinks will be self-serve from the drink table/coolers. Keep track of your drinks and drink responsibly. Please feel free to bring your own beer/wine to add to the drink table/coolers before the ceremony begins. Ceremony to Reception (Chairs): We plan to use the same chairs for the ceremony as the reception, so you'll just pick up your chair and carry it over to your table! It's a short little walk, I promise.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
After photos wrap up, we will have dinner followed by a few toasts! Food: Garden Salad, Pulled Pork BBQ, Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans, Bread. Dinner will be self serve from the food table.
8:15 pm - 9:30 pm
Following dinner, we will boogie! There will be a pause for cake whenever it feels right.
9:45 pm - 10:00 pm
We're excited to wrap up the celebration with a sparkler exit! We ask that you all line up with sparklers to get pictures of us walking through.
