For our out-of-towner guests, here are some accommodations we have set up! Below is the information for a hotel where we have room blocks reserved, as well as a venue shuttle! Hotel rooms are limited, so please call ASAP if you'd like a discounted room within our reserved block. You must CALL the hotel at the number below to receive the discount and reserve your room. ~ THE HOTEL BLOCK RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE IS OCTOBER 10TH (10/10), SO PLEASE CALL THE HOTEL BEFORE THEN TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT ON A ROOM IN THE BLOCK. ~

To book rooms in the room block, you must CALL the Front Desk at 636-733-9100 and reference the Williams/Menie Wedding. Please note that the hotel website and third party website reservations CANNOT be moved into the room block, so you are required to call the hotel directly in order to make your reservations! Reservations must be made no later than 10/10/2023 in order to be considered part of the room block and receive the group discount. We look forward to celebrating with you! Rates: $116 and up Room Block Nights Offered: Friday, November 10th and Saturday, November 11th [NOTE: hotel check-in is at 4PM, which is also the time of the wedding ceremony on 11/11. Please refer to the Q&A page if you plan on staying at the Wildwood and using shuttle accommodations.]

Shuttle

First Charter

November 11, 2023 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We have rented a bus to shuttle those interested to and from the venue! The bus will arrive at the Wildwood Hotel at 3:00PM and will depart The Wildwood Hotel at 3:10PM. The shuttle will take guests directly to Pine Hollow Farms, with an ETA of 3:40PM at the venue. Toward the end of the reception, the bus will make two trips. The first bus will arrive at Pine Hollow at 8:50PM, depart at 9:00PM, and drop guests off at Wildwood Hotel around 9:30PM. The bus will return to the venue at 10:00PM to pick up the last group of guests. As our reception ends at 10:00PM, guests must board the shuttle at this time. This last shuttle back to the hotel will depart Pine Hollow Farms between 10:15-10:30PM and will take guests back to the Wildwood Hotel. If you are interested in using the shuttle, please reply YES to the shuttle inquiry question when you RSVP and include number of guests to allow for an accurate head count.
