We are so excited to celebrate with everyone near and far on our wedding day! We’ve created this website for all of the questions you may have leading up to our wedding. You’ll find everything from the ceremony and reception location and time, registry, online RSVP, and hotel room reservation information. Thank you so much to all our family and friends for your love and support over the years and we cannot WAIT to see you! ¡Estamos muy emocionados de celebrar con todos cerca y lejos el día de nuestra boda! We first met our junior year of high school at the age of 17. That semester, we both had a free period in the morning, and we would spend it in the library studying and chatting with friends. On the first day of the semester, by fate or luck, we wound up sitting next to one another. Though our interest for one another grew quickly, we didn't speak to each other for many weeks out of bashfulness. Finally, one day Josh mustered the courage to ask Caroline on a date! Even though they began that night as relative strangers, they quickly felt as if they had known each other for their entire lives. Many dates, dances, laughs, struggles, tears, milestones and a whole lot of love later (8 years worth!), they finally are getting married; a day they have been imagining since they were 17! Nos conocimos nuestro tercer año de secundaria a la edad de 17 años. Ese semestre, los dos tuvimos un período libre por la mañana, y lo pasábamos en la biblioteca estudiando y hablando con amigos. El primer día del semestre, por suerte o por el destino, terminamos sentados uno al lado del otro. It happened one weekend when Josh and Caroline came home from college to visit their families. Caroline's favorite season is fall and she had been asking to go to an apple orchard for weeks, so that weekend her and Josh made plans to go visit one. They spent some time picking out apples and walking through the orchard, on their way back to the car they passed a completely decorated gazebo. The gazebo had ribbons and pumpkins with "Josh and Caroline" written on them. In that moment Josh got down on one knee and proposed! After Caroline said "YES!" they both decided it was time to tell their families about the good news. They drove to Josh's parent's house and when they got inside, Caroline realized he had planned a surprise party for them. Josh's family from Texas and Minnesota was there, and so was Caroline's family from Florida and Peru! With their families and friends they celebrated all night, it was truly incredible! El cenador tenía cintas y calabazas con "Josh y Caroline" escritas en ellas. En ese momento, Josh se arrodilló y propuso matrimonio. Después de que Caroline dijo "¡SÍ!" Los dos decidieron que era hora de contarles a sus familias las buenas noticias.
