When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP through our wedding website by June fifteenth. We sincerely appreciate your timely response.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June fifteenth, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a headcount to our venue and vendors in the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We ask that you refer to your invitation to determine if you may bring a guest. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones; however, our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. We kindly ask that guests honor our wishes for an adult celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate families who will be included in the day. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding will be formal attire- think dark suits or tuxedos for men, and floor length gowns or elevated midi dresses for women! We graciously ask guests to refrain from wearing any white and/or denim. Women are also encouraged to avoid black if possible. Our colors are a blend of pale blue, pink, green, and pastel yellow if you would like to match! Thank you for helping us create an elegant atmosphere for our special day.

Will there be any gluten-free, vegan, or special diet options available at the event?

Answer

Yes! We will have gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary-friendly options available during cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you submit your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you comfortably.

What time should I arrive at Bluestem Manor?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We ask that guests arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating and to ensure the ceremony begins on schedule. Thank you for your punctuality.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. To ensure guests’ comfort, we will provide handheld fans, water, and umbrellas placed throughout the seating area. The reception will follow indoors at our venue.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! Our registry can be accessed directly on our wedding website. We are truly grateful for your thoughtfulness and generosity.
