Answer

We invite everyone to join us in celebration at the wedding reception at The Villa in Westminster, California. The Villa 15081 Beach Blvd Westminster, CA 92683 A small intimate ceremony is taking place at Christ Cathedral earlier. Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. Note, they are in separate locations that are about 5 miles away from each other.

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will have a brief session of taking pictures. There is a time gap between the end of the ceremony to the start of the wedding reception. The ceremony ends at 3:30 pm and the start of the reception is at 6 pm. Use the time to relax and rest before the reception!

Question

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

No, we do not have a wedding theme for the guests to follow. Only the cocktail attire/semi-formal dress code.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony, we recommend that you arrive 30 mins to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time. If you are late to the ceremony, you won’t be able to get inside the ceremony venue.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the ceremony location. For the reception, parking is free but has the possibility of filling up so we recommend to please carpool with other guests or Uber to the venue if possible.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with a few teenagers that are close family. So everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. It was a tough decision because there were a lot of people we could not invite so we please hope you’ll understand.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 31st. You’ll need to RSVP online. Because food accommodations need to be set in advanced if you don’t RSVP by 09/12/2022 you won’t be able to attend the wedding.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served at the reception. Please come ready to eat because we will be having a traditional Vietnamese family-style 8-course dinner. Menu: chilled cold platter, asparagus crab soup, walnut shrimp, crispy boneless duck, marine lobster, basil & chili fish fillet, fried rice, and seasonal fruits.

As a symbol of good luck and we won’t be having a regular wedding registry, traditionally giving is made in the form of money inside red envelope or card. This is seen as a symbol of prosperity, health and happiness!
