For those staying in the Naval Academy cottages, we have reserved them for both Friday and Saturday nights (check-in begins Friday at 12 PM). The address for check-in and key pickup is 11 Bayview Terrace, Annapolis, MD 21402, right by the cottages. Cottage numbers are not released until Friday morning, but as soon as we have them, we’ll share your specific assignment. All cottages are prepaid, and you’ll find instructions for handling payment inside the cottage.

Parking and Access to U.S. Naval Academy
Please refer to the attached map to familiarize yourself with the USNA campus. You'll find the Naval Academy Main Chapel (our ceremony location) marked as Building 9 in orange, and the Naval Academy Club (our reception venue) located near Gate 3. For entry, military guests with CAC/military ID cards may walk or drive through any gate. All other guests have two options: once you RSVP 'yes,' we'll add you to the Special Event access list for driving through Gates 1 or 8, or you can walk in through Gates 1 or 3 by showing your government-issued photo ID and mentioning you're attending our wedding. All guests 18 and older must bring a government-issued photo ID, and anyone under 18 without ID must be accompanied by an adult with valid ID.
