Driving

For guests driving into town, we recommend finding a parking spot near your hotel via SpotHero (spothero.com) if you want to avoid hotel valet prices.

Flying

For guests flying into town, either O'Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport is a good option. You can either take a cab/Uber/Lyft or public transit to the hotel. If you take public transit, you will need to take the train into the Loop and either walk or take a bus to the hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotels to the ceremony

June 13, 2026 2:00 pm

We will have two shuttles for those who elected to take the shuttle: one departing from the Embassy Suites (Downtown River North at 600 N State St) and one departing from the Residence Inn (Downtown Magnificent Mile at 101 E Erie St). Both shuttles will depart the hotels at 2:10pm, so please make sure you are ready downstairs by 2:00pm. Shuttles will wait at St. Josaphat Church through the ceremony and family photos following the ceremony. The shuttles will head back to their respective hotels once photos wrap. The Embassy Suites shuttle's final stop is the hotel, as The Ivy Room is just down the street. The Residence Inn shuttle will wait at the hotel and depart for The Ivy Room at 4:45pm. If the shuttle gets to the hotel after 4:45pm, it will just stop and then proceed directly to The Ivy Room.
