When should I RSVP by?

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding is in Larkspur which is about 30 mins away from Colorado Springs and 45 mins from Denver. If you are planning on coming early and participating in the activities I would stay in a hotel or Airbnb in Colorado Springs. We have a hotel block set up at the Embassy Suits, so check out our travel page for more details. We encourage early hotel booking as availability will be limited due to Holiday weekend and Air Force Academy Parents weekend…book now!!

Yes! We have tons of things we are doing around Colorado Springs. If you would like more information, check the schedule and activity page.

Do I have to come early for activities?

Answer

No you can come the day of the wedding if you would like. We just thought it would be fun to hang out before the wedding.

Can I come even earlier?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you have any food allergies please let Ivan or Caroline know, so everyone has something to eat. P.S. There will be gluten free options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the ceremony and reception site. However, you can not leave your vehicle there overnight. Please have your rides planned out, so everyone can get home safely after the reception and so no cars are left behind. We are offering a shuttle to to and from the wedding to the Embassy Suites. Please enter on your RSVP if you are planning on using the provided shuttle. Below is the schedule for the shuttle. Can I wear heels to the wedding?

Answer

I would suggest wedges. The ceremony is outside in a grassy field. The ground could be soft if it rains earlier in the week.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone needs to be in there seat by 4:00pm. The doors will be closed then and you will have to watch from the parking lot.

Can I smoke or buy Marijuana?

Answer

Only medicinal Marijuana is legal in Colorado Springs. You would have to go to another city if that was something you wanted.
