To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is June 18, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide our venue with a total head count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully!) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day.
We ask that you kindly put phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding for our guests that stay at our hotel block - Comfort Inn & Suites Orange. If you are planning to utilize transportation, please indicate so when you RSVP. If you plan on drinking alcohol at the reception, we encourage you to take advantage of the provided transportation! Our venue is a bit secluded, and ubers may be limited.
Yes! There are plenty of parking spots at Grelen. In the case that cars are left overnight, they will need to be picked up by 10 AM the next morning.
