Our goal is to provide you with the information you need in order to make an informed decision about attending our wedding. Here is what you can expect on our wedding day: -An outdoor ceremony. -Masks will be provided and encouraged, but not required. -Ample hand sanitizer and readily available bathrooms. -A spacious, well-ventilated reception hall with the option to dine outdoors. -We will seat families and groups who have been together, with each other. -All vendors, especially those serving food and drinks, in masks and gloves. -A large bonfire at the pavilion in lieu of a late-night dance floor. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Caroline or Grant directly.
Yes! There will be a shuttle doing drop offs and pick ups from both the Hampton Inn and the Hilton2Suites in Bellevue. Though camp is only 17 minutes from our hotels, ride share services may be less readily available than in Nashville. For this reason, we're providing a shuttle for guests who are staying at the hotels where we have blocks reserved, or who would like to park and leave their cars. There is also limited parking available at camp should you choose to drive yourself. Check back soon for the shuttle schedule!
Cocktail attire is recommended, but come as you are most comfortable. Please make note that we are getting married on a campground, where not all roads are paved, so be cognizant of your footwear. Because many of the day's events will take place outside, we encourage a light jacket or sweater for the evening.
