What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Be sure to fly into Václav Havel Airport Prague. If you're arriving close to the wedding date, please make sure to account for the time change (especially if arriving from the US).

How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
- For those arriving on Sept. 22nd for the welcome dinner, we ask that you either drive in your own car (parking is available) or use Uber or Bolt to get to the venue. - If you plan to arrive the morning of Sept. 23rd, we will arrange a shuttle to bring you to Statek Všetice. - For departure on Sept. 24th, we will arrange complementary shuttles for anyone who needs a way to get back to Prague from the venue.

How do I book accommodation at the venue?
Answer
Please see the Google sign-up sheet under the "Accommodation" page of this website. Choose your room and fill in all relevant information in each column, especially which day you plan to arrive. Then calculate the total cost and send your payment to Caroline using the banking information provided on the "Accommodation" page. This is because the venue has asked that we pay for all accommodation in a single transaction.

What if I do not plan to stay overnight at the venue on the night of the wedding?
Answer
If you don't plan to stay overnight at the venue, you will need to request an Uber or Bolt to take you back to your accommodation in Prague. Please note that the town is small, so you may have to wait a bit for a rideshare to become available.
Question
Will I need to pay for anything at the wedding?
Answer
The only thing you'll need to pay for is your accommodation and any ridesharing services (Bolt or Uber) you require. All food, drinks, activities, and shuttles will be taken care of.

When should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
You have two options: - Join us on Sept. 22nd at 4 p.m. for a casual welcome dinner buffet. - Join us on Sept. 23rd before the wedding ceremony, which begins at 12:00 p.m. There will be a complimentary shuttle that will bring you from Prague to the venue with an arrival time of approximately 10:00 a.m., so you'll have plenty of time to check into your room and enjoy a welcome drink and snack.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Because of the venue's capacity limitations, we do not have an open 'plus one' policy. All invitations specify the invited guests, and we kindly ask that you don't bring anyone with you who isn't explicitly invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place outside in Statek Všetice's beautiful meadow area. The reception will take place indoors in an on-site barn. There will be games, activities, and hangout areas both indoors and outdoors throughout the celebration, so be sure to dress accordingly (while we expect pleasant weather, September evenings can be a bit chillier in Czech Republic, so please prepare accordingly).

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
Complimentary breakfast will be served both mornings for anyone who is staying at the venue. For the reception, we will have a diverse buffet that includes both meat and vegetarian options, as well as grilled food throughout the evening.

Are children invited?
Answer
Yes! As parents, we are more than happy to welcome you and your children. We will also have activities and games to keep the children entertained, as well as a babysitting service to keep an eye on them so all parents can enjoy the fun.

Do you have a registry for gifts?
Answer
We want to emphasize that gifts are truly not expected! We're aware of the cost of attending our wedding, especially for those of you traveling from far away. However, if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you can do so either through the "Registry" tab on this website or by bringing cash to the wedding.
