Do I need a Visa?

You do NOT need a visa, you just need a valid Passport. Please check that your passport is not expired!

What currency does Ecuador use?

Answer

Good news- Ecuador uses the US Dollar for currency. You will not need to do any monetary exchange.

What is the weather like in Quito?

Answer

The average temperature is 72 degrees, although it can get as cold as 45 degrees depending on the hour! Temperatures remain relatively consistent-it is usually warm during the day and can be a bit chilly after sunset.

How will I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue/all activities. For the family members staying at La Palma Polo Club, all wedding events will be onsite. Transportation from the hotel to the venue will begin at 2:15PM on August 23rd, 2025. Rides from the reception back to the hotel will start at 11PM. Additional rides will be offered until 2AM.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love kids, the events are adult only! Children are welcome to make the trip to Ecuador, however kids under the age of 18 will not be allowed at the wedding events.

What do I wear?

Answer

Guests should be dressed in cocktail attire. Please be sure to bring your dancing shoes! *Please be aware that the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour are outside!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that there are NO phones or photos during the ceremony! We will have a QR code to scan during the reception so we can all share our favorite moments, however will rely on our amazing photographer to capture the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding!
