What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. No need to pull out your tuxedo or full-length gown (unless you want to of course). For women, a knee-length or full-length cocktail dress, dressy skirt and top combo or jumpsuit. For men, a suit and tie is appropriate.

Is there parking at the church and venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at both the Transfiguration Church and Barn at Gibbet Hill for all guests. If using GPS, please type in 25 Father John Sarantos Way, Lowell MA to navigate to the church parking lot and 61 Lowell Road, Groton, MA for the Barn at Gibbet Hill parking lot.

Your wedding is on Halloween. Does that mean I can wear a Halloween costume?

Answer

No! Not for the ceremony or reception, but please feel free to dress in whatever you would like for the after party!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope you understand and can still join us to celebrate!

Can you tell me about the After Party?

Answer

All guests are welcome to attend the After Party, which will take place at The Groton Inn and begin following the end of the reception (around 10:45 PM). Beer, wine and late-night bites will be available. We ask that you RSVP for the After Party so we can get an accurate head count for space, drinks and food for everyone!
