Business Casual (button down and slacks/khakis for men). It is outside on grass, so choose your outfit and footwear accordingly.
If you are going home, please plan to have a sober driver. If you are going to the hotel, there will be a shuttle going at different times throughout the evening. Here is the shuttle schedule: 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm. Uber/Lyft is impossible to get from the venue. I would plan on taking the shuttle to the hotel and getting an Uber/Lyft from there (it may help to schedule an Uber/Lyft the day before to come to the hotel at a certain time).
I have been to a few weddings where I accidentally looked like I could have been in the wedding party hahaha. If you want to avoid that, here is what the wedding party will be wearing: Coral Pink dresses, light blue and navy suits.
For thirst: we will have a drink station with water, a fruit drink, and Arnold Palmer (lemonade and iced tea) For alcohol: His and Her cocktails, beer, wine (red and white), and champagne for toasts. The bar will be closed during dinner, but there will be a wine pour for dinner and champagne pour for toast (If you do not drink, there will be sparking cider for toasts as well).
Cocktail hour: Mix your own trail mix Dinner: We are having a pig roast! There will also be chicken and sides. Sides include: mac and cheese, roasted cream corn, sweet potato mash, and corn muffins. There is a Vegetarian option so please indicate on RSVP. Late night: TBD
