Guest Arrival Doors open at 1:30 PM Please be seated by 1:55 PM for the ceremony 💍 After the Ceremony Join us for a coffee hour with special pastries ☕️ Family and bridal party photos will begin at 2:30 PM 📸 Between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM, guests are welcome to explore the beautiful Airlie Gardens, a perfect backdrop for your own photos.

Reception Arrival: Please join us at 5:00 PM for cocktail hour. 🍸 Parking is available in nearby garages, limited street parking, and a metered lot next to the venue. If you’re staying in downtown Wilmington, we recommend walking or taking an Uber for convenience. The venue is located in the heart of downtown, right along the beautiful Cape Fear Riverwalk — the perfect spot for a scenic stroll and stunning photos! Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. 🍽️ Dancing and Party to follow! (roughly 7:00 pm until the night ends) Enjoy a full open bar all evening with cocktails, wine, and beer on us—cheers!
