Matron of Honor
Ellie is Caroline’s older sister. While there is a 4 year age difference, this never stopped Caroline from trying to convince people they were twins when they were little. From putting on plays in the basement, performing in the Nutcracker, and even playing tennis, Caroline always wanted to be just like her big sister. Caroline is so thankful to have Ellie and her husband Dustin, so close by in San Marcos.
Maid of Honor
Kennedy or “Kenn” is the brides’ best friend from high school. From IB art class to being leaders on church retreats, Kenn and Carol did just about everything together. While she currently resides in LA, her and the bride talk just about everyday.

Kelly is Dan’s younger sister. She just recently moved back to Chicago and is living her best life as a city girl. Kelly played a key role in helping Dan plan his grand proposal. She has always been quick to keep Dan in line, and is happy to have Caroline join the family to help her out!

Caroline’s freshman year roommate at TCU! Big thanks to the TCU roommate page on Facebook that brought this beautiful friendship together. Delaney and Caroline went from nursing majors to education during their 4 years of undergrad. Through some of the good times and bad, Caroline is so thankful to have had Delaney as a friend these past few years.

Amanda and the bride met through their sweet friend Delaney! From camping trips to concerts, Amanda is Caroline’s favorite adventure buddy. Right before the pandemic, Caroline and Amanda did a camping trip at Big Bend National Park. After 4 days of hiking the two girls had to wash each other’s hair with jugs of water. Talk about a true friendship. While she is no longer a Texas gal, Caroline loves visiting her at her beautiful home city of Denver.

Olivia and Caroline met through the College of Education at TCU and quickly realized they were neighbors their junior year! Olivia and Caroline lived together for the past 3 years in the famous “Clover House.”

Hailee was Caroline’s very first friend at TCU. Hailee and Caroline were in the College of Education together and were roommates for 2 years! One of Caroline’s favorite memories with Hailee has been going to Cape Cod with Hailee’s family and the rest of the Clover girls. From sailing around Martha’s Vineyard to spending the day in Nantucket, it was such a memorable trip.

Molly was the third roommate who lived in the Clover house! Molly was also a part of the College of Education. Caroline had the honor of being a bridesmaid in Molly’s wedding this past June. She is thrilled to have Molly now be a part of her special day too!

Julie is the bride’s first friend she ever made! Her and Caroline met at their local pool when they were 2 years old. Julie and Caroline as well as their mom’s have been inseparable ever since!
Best Man
Pat is one of Dan’s best friends. They went to school together from kindergarten through high school. Their friendship really kicked off on the football field where their dad’s coached together. Pat and Dan continue to stay close, despite living so far from each other. The two of them go on trips together annually and Dan feels lucky to be able to stay so connected with Pat.

Andrew is a fraternity brother of Dan’s. They quickly became friends when they found a mutual love for beer and Nebraska football. Andrew and his wife, Meghan, now live in Fort Worth. The bride and groom are so thankful to have Andrew and Meghan in the same city as them.

Kevin is one of Dan’s high school buddies. Dan’s favorite memories with Kevin include spending time at Lake Carroll. Kevin would frequent the Patton house at Lake Carroll and was a member of the Patton Pier Club. Kevin and Dan share a love for country music, and Dan considers Kevin his go to for new and upcoming country artists.

Ian and Dan grew close in their final years of high school. The two of them spent their summers attending concerts, Lake Carroll, and Ian’s Uncle’s lake house in Michigan. As they’ve grown older Ian and Dan continue to stay close and share a love for music. Ian has visited Dan several times in Ft. Worth were they’ve seen concerts in the Stockyards at Billy Bobs!

Matt was one of Dan’s first friends at Nebraska, and played a key role in Dan joining his Fraternity. The two of them grew their relationship throughout college and continue to stay close. Dan had the honor of being in Matt’s wedding party and is proud to have Matt in his.

TJ is another Fraternity Brother of Dan’s from Nebraska. The two of them grew close and eventually ended up living together in an off campus house in their final years at Nebraska. To this day, TJ and Dan continue to stay close, taking trips together to Florida or Nebraska football games.

Nick is one of Dan’s first friends from Naperville. The two of them lived within 5 minutes of each other and grew up playing baseball, football, and basketball together. Nick joined Dan at Nebraska and the two of them roomed together their freshman year, eventually joining the same fraternity. The Harris and Patton family were notorious for throwing the biggest and best tailgates for Husker football games once a year!

Ben is another one of Dan’s closest friends from Naperville. The two of them attended grade school through high school together and played on North’s football team. The Higgins and Pattons were close growing up, going on father son ski trips to Wisconsin together and now playing in an annual father son golf outing.

Quinn is another one of Dan’s friends from high school. The two of them have bonded over their love for golf. Dan has always been able to count on Quinn to be in for all golf trips, even if it’s thrown together last minute. Dan and Quinn have taken trips together to Arizona twice and South Carolina and are always scheming the next trip.
