Chicago River Boat Architecture Tours
If weather permits, this tour is awesome! The tour is very interesting, even for people who live in the city, and goes up and down the Chicago River detailing the stories behind more than 50 buildings along the river. Need to buy tickets in advance.

One of our favorite Italian restaurants near the hotel. Recommend getting a reservation ahead of time if you want to go!

Another great dinner option- a wine-focused restaurant featuring Midwestern takes on Mediterranean classics. Definitely need a reservation for this one too!
Midwest Coast Brewing Company
This is the only bar that is close to the venue. If you want to head to the wedding early to avoid traffic you can stop in here for a drink pre-ceremony. It's also dog friendly, which is ALWAYS a plus!! This is where the after party is.

Such a fun late night bar with live piano every night! Open til 4am.
Mom's Place - A Chicago Gathering Spot
Fun dive bar close to the hotel, there is generally live music and always karaoke in the back room.
Portillo's Hot Dogs
Best late night or hungover fast food. We recommend the Chicago dog or cheeseburger with cheese fries (can never have enough cheese) !!
