Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, but all of our recommended hotels are within a few miles of the church and reception. There is complimentary parking available at both locations or we recommend using Uber or Lyft.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm, so we recommend arriving around 15 minutes early.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Ceremony: Complimentary parking is provided at the parking garage at 625 W. Adams. You can enter the structure via the ramp off of Desplaines street, toward the south end of the building. Enter through the ramp, and if the gate is down, take a ticket from the box labeled "Old St. Patrick's Church." This is a prepaid ticket that you can use as you exit with your vehicle after the ceremony. Reception: Complimentary valet parking will be offered at Salvage One. Additionally, parking is completely free on all streets surrounding Salvage One (no time limits or permits required). This area is generally very quiet on a Saturday evening, so we don't foresee any issues finding open spots!

Where should I park overnight?
Answer
The Renaissance Downtown Hotel offers on-site valet parking for $76 overnight. For self-parking, there are a number of options in the immediate area. The hotel recommends Interpark at 181 N. Dearborn for self-park (only 0.1 miles from the hotel). For the Emily Hotel, valet parking is available for $57 per evening with unlimited in and out privileges. There is also ample street parking, and a self-park garage across the street.
