Question

City of New Orleans COVID-19 Protocol

Answer

For indoor events: Beginning Tuesday, February 1st, 2022: for everyone age 5+, the City of New Orleans is requiring proof of two doses of the COVID vaccine, except for those who have received one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or a negative PCR, molecular, or antigen test within 72 hours at restaurants, bars, and other businesses (test results must also include the individual's name, date of test, and results clearly visible on the official report) To prove vaccination status, guests can use the LA Wallet app; an original card, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC vaccination cards (both sides); or an official vaccine record issued by another state along with a photo ID to enter. If you have any questions please see the full guidelines at https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/safe-reopening/. The Department of Safety and Permits and the New Orleans Police Department will enforce requirements.
