When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Formal Attire/ Black Tie Optional. A tuxedo or dark suit and tie is appropriate for men; a formal dress or elegant cocktail attire for women.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. We will begin at 4:00 pm.

We hope you enjoy a night off and join us for an adults only- celebration.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please note that all wedding events will be held on-site at Hotel Covington. Transportation arrangements will not be necessary and will not be provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on- site at Hotel Covington in the Hotel Covington Parking garage, located on 7th Street between Pike and Scott Streets . Valet parking available at the hotel for a fee. City of Covington Parking Garage: Located on 7th Street, offers convenient self-parking. On-street parking may be available on the south side of the building, but this may be limited

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Are the ceremony and reception located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard outdoors. Our reception will be held indoors.
