Question

What is the Wasatch?

Answer

The Wasatch Mountains are the defining feature of Utah. The western side, or Front, is home to most of the population of the State, while the eastern side, the Back, is world-renown for its epic collection of ski resorts. Park City is the epicenter of the Wasatch Back.

Question

How can I get from the Salt Lake City Airport to Park City?

Answer

Salt Lake International Airport is a short 30 minute drive from Park City. Ubers to and from the airport are roughly $50 each way.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If your children are traveling with you, Park City Sitters is a highly regarded sitting service. Question

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WELCOME PARTY?

Answer

"Western Chic" - think jeans, boots, pearl snaps, casual dresses, hats, or whatever "Western Chic" means to you! We want you to have fun with this! We are thrilled to share the beauty and culture of the Mountain West with you on Independence Day.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

"Cocktail Attire" - for a wedding, that usually means suits, sport coats and slacks, cocktail dresses in whatever length you like. Your boots, buckles, bolo ties and hats are also welcome! Again. Have fun with this! The ceremony and reception will be indoor/outdoor and set against the backdrop of beautiful Midway Valley and Mt. Timpanogos. Keep in mind that it does cool down at night, so consider bringing a wrap.

Question

Will there be transportation to the Welcome Party and the Wedding?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will depart both the Hyatt Place and the Pendry Hotel at 7:15 pm for the Welcome Party and return at 10:30 pm. Wedding ceremony departure will be at 3:30 pm from both hotels. An early shuttle will depart River Bottoms Ranch at 9:30 pm. The last shuttle will depart at 11:00 pm. Please share with us where you will be staying and if you will be using the transportation provided. Email that information along with you cell number at: CarolineandChris24@gmail.com If you plan to drive, please drive responsibly. Ubers are fairly available in town, but extra wait time should be built into your schedule. Getting back by Uber from either the welcome party or the ceremony will be difficult. We highly recommend planning ahead by either joining us on the shuttle, or scheduling a driver in advance. Below are a few of the cab and car services that could be reserved in advance: Citi Ride: 435-658-2220 Grab a Cab: 435-649-0298 Eagle Ride: 385-299-1478 Canyons Village Trans: 435-901-9780 Snowbound Trans: 435-215-7200 Protrans Park City: 1-877-255-2631
