When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving at 4:30pm to get parked & seated before the processional begins. If you arrive after 5pm, the doors will be locked and you can enter after the bride walks down the aisle.

Are kids welcome?

No, adults only please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for ceremony and reception. Valet will be provided at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No.

Is there a dress code?

Black tie, NOT optional.

We have hotel blocks at two different hotels, and also suggest looking at Airbnbs. Please see our Travel page for more information.

Can I bring a date?

Only if your formal invitation indicates you have a plus one.

What will the weather be like?

You never know what the weather will be in the upstate, but we expect highs of 60s and lows of 40s.

Yes!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are indoors. There is a patio if you desire to be outside during cocktail hour / reception!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

You can wear whatever shoes you'd like as long as they fit the dress code (black tie). There are no issues with grass, dirt, etc.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please do not take photos with your phones / cameras during the ceremony. We will have a photographer there to capture all the moments! You are welcome to take your own photos at the reception.
