Is there a dress code?

We kindly request cocktail attire for the evening. Cocktail attire is semi-formal and elegant—it typically includes suits or sport coats for men, and cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates for women. We also kindly ask guests to avoid wearing shades of white, as those are reserved for the bride.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we adore your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of a few family members and our flower girl. We hope this advance notice gives you time to make any necessary arrangements, and we sincerely look forward to celebrating together. Your presence means the world to us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Please respond to your invitation by September 18, 2025. Your timely RSVP is greatly appreciated as we finalize details for the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm, with doors opening at 6:00pm. We kindly encourage guests to arrive early to allow ample time for parking and to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Please consider the weather when planning your attire, as temperatures may vary in the evening.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample complimentary parking available onsite at the Audubon Tea Room for your convenience.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during our unplugged ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment. After the ceremony concludes, we welcome you to take as many photos and videos as you like. Thank you for helping us be fully present in this meaningful moment!

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes, guests will enjoy a full meal served in a buffet-style setting, along with an open bar throughout the reception. We look forward to celebrating with delicious cuisine, refreshing drinks, and wonderful company.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. A block of rooms has been reserved at both The Windsor Court and Loews New Orleans Hotel. To take advantage of the group rates, please make your reservation by September 1, 2025.
