For some of you who have known us for a while, you may remember our middle school musical, where we got married for the first time! Well, we figured we might as well do it again for real! Braiden and Caroline met in 8th grade at Navo Middle School during theatre rehearsals. They were both in a musical called Anything Goes and their characters Hope and Billy fell in love and got married on a cruise ship! They stayed friends for a few years and got closer in high school during theatre shows and english class sophomore year. Once COVID hit, Braiden and Caroline discovered they actually lived quite close together and started to talk to each other more, and even went on a run (they were both really bad at running back then). Then on January 10, 2021 Braiden asked Caroline to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history! They never doubted they would end up together forever after they started dating! They had an amazing friend group senior year of high school and is still close with them all today (they make up a lot of the wedding party)! They both decided that A&M was the place for them, and have been a part of the Corps of Cadets while in school, where they have also met a lot of their very best friends. They will forever hold A&M in their hearts and carry the Aggie Spirit on after they graduate! In July of last summer, Braiden planned the most amazing proposal ever seen! He thought everything out, from the dress for Caroline to wear, to the most amazing scavenger hunt with all of her best friends supporting her along the way, to a beautiful proposal on a dock with a photographer, and a huge engagement party after she said YES!! (Not that there was any chance she wouldn't!) Throughout their entire journey, Braiden and Caroline have been endlessly supported by their families, who have cheered them on every step of the way. From late theatre rehearsals and high school memories, to Corps, and now this next chapter, their families have been a constant source of love and encouragement. As they begin married life together, they are so excited not only to start their own family, but to officially join two families who have welcomed, supported, and loved them both so much from the very beginning. After their wedding Braiden and Caroline will be entering into the US Navy and fulfilling a career with the military and they are so excited for this next chapter of married life and entering into life outside of college! They will never forget the spirit and lessons they learned at A&M and are so excited to carry that into the rest of their lives! They thank everyone who has been a part of their journey and supported them along the way! From taking friends on dates, to trips, to just hanging out together, they are so grateful for everyone they have met along the way and the friendships they have gained. They can't wait to attend Aggie football games as former students in the future, and be a part of the greatest student network in the world with all of their best friends along the way! Whoop!
